"On April 9th the beginning of my nightmare started with Burton Construction Services CGC1511702 1431 Meres Blvd Tarpon Springs, FL 34689-2880 [email protected] I placed and ad on NEXTDOOR.com “Looking for a Expereinced person who has some references and is licensed to install Gable Vents on the ends of my home. I am in Holiday and ready to do this now Thanks in advance for the Help” I get a reply from BRANDON BURTON a rep from Burton Construction he comes to my house the next day and does JOB#1 Install 2 Gable Vents $250 including the Vents Did an AWESOME Job gave me his Card and a Invoice for the JOB I was recommended by Brandon to do a Fan in the Vent which I obliged and added another $350 for a nice Fan installed and Electric Wired which I asked was he a licensed Electrician his reply YES I am loving this guy and the work was AMAZING I repeat AMAZING So I continue and do a 3rd JOB I had a fence rebuild I was quoted 500$ to remove and replace 15 Foot on FENCE and install a 10 ft Door job was almost complete and one of the workers Cut off 10 Inches of the bottom of the fence and LEFT to allow my puppy a $1500 Puppy to Rome free I came home and Was LIVID got into a screaming match and threatened to violence and even more end of story after threatening to make a complaint amazingly he reappears and fixes the problem a SIMPLE fix by the way. A Week later I purchased my Trailer and found I needed a larger opening Brandon and Team came right over a $200 fix and the Door is now 15 Feet which is SUPER NICE…… I now do a Fan Swap in my house which came out amazing too for $75 I will give you a preview BAIT AND SWITCH or A personal Problem Or Something its all good until the MONEY is to be paid upon Completion Now I tell you the above to prepare you for the nightmare I am in the middle of facing….. I was quoted by A Local Paint Team $1800 to Paint and Finish my House 1700Square Exterior with Porch and Driveway and Rear Porch I was like WOW when Brandon offers to do the job for $900 I also wanted 240 Square of Wood Floor Laid out…. He Quoted $900 total $1800 to do the JOB…. Im like ok this week it was rainy so day 1 2 3 was inside Floors Laid look Amazing PAID $460 oh yeah paid $100 prior to starting CALLED IT for Supplies COOL….. Then needed $300 Then Needed 340 Then Needed $400 and Final before I was Like *** needed 250 Well I was at $1850.00 I stopped the Money Spicket Give or Take I Did ADD Some extra Work (Install a Door Front and Redo a Door and Remove and Replace 8 Ft of Fence ) so I added 575 in extra work which is OK I am paying it…. Then I was told I am a POS a bunch of RUDE names I am Threatened ALL VIA Text because I refused to Pay another CENT until the job was done WHY I paid 400$ today I should have waited to see the Job was incomplete AGAIN but I guess I should have known The problem is NONE of the JOBS Are COMPLETE I have a Floor Job with Poly Coating that looks like TRASH Cause he did it sloppily I had to finish 1/3 of it (FYI Don’t ever us this Poly Stuff its Trash) My Outside PAINT I had to Threaten just to get that 90% completed today the FENCE job the Reinforcement Wires Snapped The DOOR You installed doesn’t shut correctly and the Mahogany wood still isn’t hung I am making this complaint to inform people DO NOT Use this Company DO NOT Use Brandon Burton I have CHOSE to not let him or his company back on my Property and will make Social Media know of my experience I have a Incomplete Paint Job on my house a Door that isn’t aligned oh and I paid to have a Mahogany Piece of Wood Hung which is not NOTE TO SELF Just go to Home Depot and Do It Yourself I have spent hours of my life Battle Texting with this company to just in the end Have a Total Out Of 550 700 75 1850 400 TOTAL 3575 I will say this I am planning on Filing against the License as well as social media BBB and Yelp Google and any other sites I can IF THE COMPANY IS READING THIS I AM NOT LOOKING TO HAVE THE JOBS COMPLETED it is TOO LATE FOR THAT"

"Beautifully. I needed a material that termites would not attack (as they had gotten into our previous wooden cabinet). These cabinets are indestructible and look like an indoor expensive cabinet. I'd shopped the big box stores looking at their outdoor materials and those do NOT compare in professional finish, etc. While these cabinets are more expensive compared to regular cabinets or the cheap nearly unfinished big box store ones, these will last a lifetime. Our lanai is compete and now more user friendly! Love the look. Everything was as quoted and Bill went over the top to make certain we were satisfied with each item."
