DO NOT HIRE! Ryan took my $350 deposit and did not do any work. This company is a scam. I wish I checked the most recent reviews here to see he has scammed other people. I just checked and the status of Screen Squad, Inc has been dissolved with the state of Florida. He is now just using the name of his old company to scam people. I will be contacting authorities.

Very disappointed! I've used Ryan before (multiple times) with no issues so I don't understand why he did this. I called him again last weekend when my dog tore one of the screens and he said he would be here Monday morning, then changed it to either Thursday or next Monday. I told him Thursday would work and he said he would try to make it. He never showed up. He then said it would be either this coming Monday or Tuesday. Honestly, just wanted him to pick a day that worked for him and come do the repairs. My dog happened to tear another screen this morning, so I text him to double check if he was still coming since he kept pushing the date back and he blocked me! Makes no sense. If he had an issue coming here (have no idea what it could be) then just tell me so that I can take by business elsewhere. It's that simple.

PLEASE STAY AWAY. Ryan has taken a $500 deposit and dissapears for days at a time. he always wants advances prior to doing any work and as I feared he abandoned the job with deposit. After dozens of calls, texts and voicemails I have had to fire the contractor before accomplishing ANY work. He did show for one day to ask me for an additional $100 so he could go back to Home Depo to by more needed accessories. At this point I put him in my truck and went to grab the small bit of lumber he needed. He also scattered trash (fast food trash and cups) my yard which I had to ask him to be respectful and clean up after himself. He took the money, came back for more deposit and then abandoned the job site, leaving a bunch of worn tools which I'll be lucky to get $100 for. HORRIBLE Experience and I highly advise staying away from this individual. I'm blown away by the other reviews as he never showed when supposed too. Did show for agreed days and no answer to dozens of calls or texts. I tried his wife (Business Partner) as well. Seems they have stolen from me and my not giving him the extra $100 was the right call. I have given him reasonable deadlines to make contact prior to my recouping what I can and taking my losses. I'm posting a picture of the individual as I do not want anyone else to be subject to his fraudualant activities.

I wanted a complete re-screen of a pool cage. I also wanted a screen that would reduce sun exposure. One example is Phifer Super Solar. It reduces sun exposure by about 90%. Its like dark tinted windows for your pool area. After getting several outrageous quotes, a few No-Quotes and other foolishness, Screen Squad was the only company who did not try and talk me out of using Phifer Super Solar on the roof of my pool cage. The screen is a special order, so a delay was in order, but once the material was in hand the cage was rescreened and it looks great. I feel the price was good, but keep in mind this Super Solar costs about double normal screen material. The added cost was passed on, but there was no upcharge for the difficulty of installation this screen involves. If you want a no-nonsense quote and good workmanship then call screen squad. If you want to use Super Solar like I did, then dont bother to call anyone other than Screen Squad

It went great. We hired them a month ago to rescreen the lanai and were really pleased and impressed with their work then, so were equally pleased to hire Ryan again.

Ryan was always right on time, and the workers who performed the re-screening were very professional - and neat!

I called first thing on a Monday morning, and Ryan and his crew responded fairly quickly and with same day service. Professional team and quality customer service. Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Screen Squad.

Ryan came out RIGHT AWAY when I called him after Hurricane Irma last August, thought I would have to wait for weeks! He has been repairing and installing screens for me for almost 2 years now, he was recommended to me by my friend Realtor Linda Donalson. He and his team are always excellent, I am expecting him back on 5/15 to do another screen. I put him on Hunter's Green Recommended Vendor List. His prices are the best and no job is too small or too big.

Ryan called me back, made an appointment and was there promptly with his team and finished the job quickly. I was surprised at how well the work was done and how reasonable the cost! I had been quoted much higher estimates! That was over a year ago and I've asked Ryan many times to come out and just do one or two screens, many companies will not come out for that. The storm knocked down one of my lanai roof screens, Ryan came right out, even though he was inundated with work orders, just because I was a loyal customer. He only charged me $45.00! The last time I needed 3 small window screens, cost was $75.00. His prices and quality can't be beat. He's honest, caring and he treats his customers as if they were family members.

Even though I called about 3 screens in our lanai that were blown out from Hurricane Irma, Ryan and his team checked the rest of the screens too. He asked whether we wanted just the 3 obvious screens changed or the others that also had damage. I appreciated that he didn't just come in quickly, fix the obvious and leave. I know that they are booked up for months, so I appreciated the time he took for us. They worked methodically and carefully with efficiency. Ryan was very personable, professional and funny too! Ryan and his guys were sweet, gentle men. They were very respectful, courteous and gracious. They did a great job and checked everything twice to make sure the screens were good and the debris cleaned up. Ryan had been out here a couple of years ago to fix our screen and 2 neighbors' screens when my son shot a hockey puck through the neighbor's screen. We called him back again because his prices were great compared to others and he did an excellent job. His prices are still great compared to others and he still does and excellent job!

The workers were efficient and experienced. The company owner followed up after the job was finished to make sure there were no problems.

Prompt, courteous and the guys work very well together.

This guy will bend over backwards to please customers. Jobs are always done correctly and almost always the same day and does nothing but professional quality work at extremely low prices. His crew had my screen done in a flash with no issues.

3 months later, in June, the screens were pulling out of the frames. When I called him back to ask for repair, he tried to blame me and was a general jerk. He finally did come out, but he did not fix the problem properly. The spline he used in the project was the wrong material for the job, it is too small and is smooth, so does not secure the screens. He just pushed that wrong spline back into the frame and told me he wasn't going to help me any further. As I expected, almost all the screens have pulled out again. I've talked to 2 other contractors and they have told me the wrong spline was used for this job. I have asked Ryan for a partial refund and he has been completely unprofessional about the matter, first agreeing to it, then going back on his word, even threatening me with harassment. My next step is small claims court. I have witnesses, including my next door neighbors who also have new screens and did not lose a single one, and contractors I plan to have on video saying the job was not done right.
