The customer service and the worked performed was exemplary. The technician arrived on time, he explained the process, and when the job was completed, my patio looked brand new. I planned to continue using this company for future patio maintenance service; and I highly recommend this company to anyone that appreciate a company that value their customers, and provide excellent service and fair pricing.

I called them and spoke with Donald as I had several questions and also needed a quote.  He answered the phone
immediately with no robo-voice instructions to deal with.  He took the time to answer all my questions and explain
how he does the service.  Based on the size of our home, he quoted me a package price which seemed reasonable
for all that he was going to do.  We needed an early morning appointment as we had a noon appointment elsewhere
and would be leaving the house.  He said he would be at our home at 7 A.M. on the scheduled day and that the job
would take approximately 2-1/2 hours to complete.  On the day of the scheduled service he and his assistant arrived
promptly at 7 A.M. and immediately got to work.   All of their equipment, water and chemicals are truck-mounted.
Our home has very light silver gray shingles and, although our roof is barely 6 years old, it had some small areas of
rotted live oak tree pollen that needed to be removed.  When he was finished, my husband went outside to inspect
the work done and was extremely pleased with what he saw.  Our roof  was meticulously clean as were our stucco
home, windows, gutters, doors, walkway, driveway and sidewalk.   We maintain our home in very good condition,
but this extra cleaning made our entire exterior shine like a diamond.  A few days after the service, our driveway and
sidewalk got even whiter and brighter from the sun.  We have the best looking driveway and sidewalk in the neighborhood!
Donald was very professional, polite and friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with him.  His company is rated A+ by
the Better Business Bureau of West Florida (I checked before I called him).  We are very satisfied customers and we
will recommend him to our neighbors and friends.  We will definitely use him again.  Top notch - 5 Stars ***** all the way!
