Fixtures were installed incorrectly and damaged in the process, the shower floor had a dip where the water pools, tiles had to be pulled off and redone due to poor craft men ship, wholes were made on adjacent walls, seams don?t meet up on trims which look very sloppy, work areas were left very dirty and with grout haze all over, and the job took much longer than agreed on, approximately 2 months longer. Ricardo was very nice and tried to fix some things, but most of it just couldn?t be fixed. The workers did not do a good job and Ricardo should have been there supervising to avoid the problems."
