"The owner himself answered my call at 7:45 AM (I was expecting to leave a message) and came out the very same day to do a free inspection of suspected critters in my attic. After the inspection, he advised that in fact I didn't have any critters in my attic at all. He was honest about his findings and even advised that I could take preventative measures, given the age of my home (1961) to seal up openings so that I wouldn't have to worry about animals get into my attic in the future. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I give this company an A++++"
