My air conditioning unexpectedly went out and I needed a prompt repair. Communications were great and response was timely. Walter contacted us the same day we posted our request. He sent a tech out, after hours, who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We did not need a new thermostat, the current one was wired improperly. The charge was very reasonable. We now have an HVAC company we know and trust. We will be using them for our twice a year check-up and any problems that crop up. We highly recommend this company.
