Chad came for the initial appointment exactly on time, and understood exactly what we wanted.  He made some suggestions which we incorporated.  We had a written estimate by email within a couple of hours.  Due to an issue with their previous client, they were unable to start on Monday as planned.  I was a bit miffed I didn't find this out until Friday evening, but they were very apologetic.  I now understand how some jobs run over due to the homeowner adding/changing the scope of projects.  They did, however, come on Friday and a couple of hours Saturday morning and performed the work in the bedroom/bath area. which actually worked out much better for us.  without work going on in two parts of the house! 

The following Monday came and Chad showed up exactly on time.  He spent over 3 hours creating protective barriers over doors/windows/kitchen appliances/counter/floors, etc.  His crew of two showed up and they had the ceiling/lights removed in short order and by the end of a very long day for them, the popcorn was a thing of the past..  The entire process went  quickly and actually finished in less time and money than expected, and with minimum mess once they'd removed all the protective stuff!! 

Chad is very focused and makes sure everything is done to perfection.  He surprised me when he first showed up...he's a tall, pony-tailed body builder with a beautiful tattoo on his arm....I had expected a "bubba" , pop-bellied guy!  He really knows what he's doing and sees the whole picture even when you don't/  His crew is dedicated and experienced, and very personable. The company really cares that the work is done correctly and you have a good experience at a reasonable price.  I would not hesitate to recommend them, or hire them again. In fact, I asked for a hand full of their cards for neighbors who are planning projects, and sent the link to their website to several other neighbors.  Thank you Chad et al!!!
