"How lucky l am to choose Marcello to build my shed! He was very conscientious and called the manufacturer for a question about the anchors. He stopped by Lowe’s to buy the right ones that he needed. He worked very hard with a partner for 5 hours. He went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Top quality guys and I definitely will be hiring them again."

Customers say: Quick response

"Their professionalism and courteousness was outstanding. I had a new gate installed and I am very pleased with the finished product. With the exception of a handle not being placed on it for easy opening, it looks great!"

"Jeremy and his team were very professional and timely with the install of my home theatre system. I like how clean and respectful they have been. I’ve since used them for a few other projects hanging tv’s in my house. He will be my first call from now on."

"Dan helped set up my LED lights around my living room ceiling and hid them in crown molding. I could not be happier with the quality of work and professionalism. My lights look amazing! And he also painted the accent wall in the living room, with no mistakes! Canâ t recommend him enough!!!!!!"

"Received true 5-star service from GART SERVICES LLC. Guillermo and his team were extremely thorough and professional. Pricing was excellent and work was top notch. Entire house including driveway, vinyl fence and pool area was pressure washed. Front entry including door was painted. They painted two interior rooms, repaired a crack in the ceiling drywall, elevated sunken pavers, repaired an outdoor faucet, and a few other small things. They were punctual and efficient. Excellent communication and attentional to detail; they don’t aim for “good enough” which in my experience is too common with contractors. Highly recommended without reservation, will definitely use again."

General Handyman. \nThink of me as a “Rent a Man”. What ever minor or annoying jobs you need done around the house, I’ll get it done.\nMaybe you need a TV mounted, or you just ordered some furniture for your kids but you don’t have time to put it together, how about a room needing painting or maybe you want to install a shelf. \nI have been doing general household work for the last 8 years, which is exactly how long I’ve been married, I’m sure those 2 things aren’t related.\nNot a licensed contractor just a Guy willing to do work.\n

Holiday Decorating questions, answered by experts

First of all, don’t shop for bargain lights—often, you’ll end up with a faulty or broken strand, full of dead bulbs or less-than-luminous brightness. Choose quality lights that will last you many years—LED lights have been known to last as long as 100,000 hours. Second, plan ahead and purchase lights for next year’s Christmas during this year’s post-holiday sales. Finally, have a vision and a plan—if you know the measurements of your home, including any windows, doors, and outside bushes you wish to light up, you should be able to only purchase the necessary lights and not more than you need.

Professional installation offers several benefits, including a safe and efficient setup, access to specialized equipment, design expertise to enhance aesthetic appeal, and the assurance that electrical components are properly managed to prevent hazards or damage.

Blinker lights come with a standard box of Christmas lights, so you don’t need to pay extra for them unless you’ve misplaced the ones from the original box. You can buy replacement Christmas blinker lights for about $8 per box. If you want to plan for future holidays, you can buy a value box of 24 replacement blinker bulbs for about $12. Also called flasher lights, the replacement bulbs often come in packages of six bulbs.

Technically, you can use duct tape to hang Christmas lights, but it’s not the best bet. Duct tape or other types of tape retain moisture, which isn’t ideal when near an electrical wire. Plus, it can peel off due to the elements. Duct tape is also a very unattractive option, visually speaking. Instead, opt for roof clips for Christmas lights, which are affordable and easy to use.

Using a staple gun to hang Christmas lights on your roof or shingles is not recommended. Puncturing your roof with staples can cause damage, leading to cracks, leaks, and exposure to the elements. Staples are also less reliable than other methods like roof clips. For a safer alternative that won't damage your roof, use shingle tabs.
