He had the correct tools and machines for the job and used them like a Pro. Best of all he was a local family owned business which I appreciated being able to give my business to. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and worked with me in a very chaotic environment to get me out of deep water! Roger was reasonable in what he charged me, quick to respond to my needs, and didn’t try to over sell me on other services. Will definitely hire again and recommend him to family and friends for any of the services he handles. When I called him again, over a year later, Jake was just as kind and eager to consider the project as he had been the previous year. We put a plan together, and put it on the schedule for a few weeks later. I'm sure it is not the easiest to plan a flooring project around someone who is both 1) living in the house and 2) working in the house, but Jake was extremely understanding and worked around my schedule above and beyond what was asked.
