The installers Brett, Daniel and Fernando did a great job. It was a big job for the 3 bedrooms and office, and having to use a machine to take up some glued down hardwood in the master area. "As someone who works from home (and therefore looks at flooring all day), I decided I had had enough of the 15+ year old carpet in my house. I first spoke with Jake about a year ago about the flooring project I was considering. I ended up having to put the project off due to budget considerations. When I called him again, over a year later, Jake was just as kind and eager to consider the project as he had been the previous year. We put a plan together, and put it on the schedule for a few weeks later. I'm sure it is not the easiest to plan a flooring project around someone who is both 1) living in the house and 2) working in the house, but Jake was extremely understanding and worked around my schedule above and beyond what was asked. The whole project took three days and turned out so, so beautiful. We ended up having additional material leftover, and Jake returned it to the retailer for me, which saved me both time and money.
