"Roger was extremely quick to respond to my emergency needs and took the time to explain the best, fastest way to get the resultant overflow water out of the carpet and quickly dry the carpets & padding. He had the correct tools and machines for the job and used them like a Pro. Best of all he was a local family owned business which I appreciated being able to give my business to. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and worked with me in a very chaotic environment to get me out of deep water! Roger was reasonable in what he charged me, quick to respond to my needs, and didn’t try to over sell me on other services. Will definitely hire again and recommend him to family and friends for any of the services he handles. The installers Brett, Daniel and Fernando did a great job. It was a big job for the 3 bedrooms and office, and having to use a machine to take up some glued down hardwood in the master area. "My floors were a major chore. But Jake made it so easy. I called him to ask if he could help with my floors due to buckling and tearing. He advised that he is not able to refinish the floors and it’s best to replace. We agreed on it and he walked me through every step and stayed real close in contact with me before and during the process. Once the job was completed (honestly was 2 days early) he called to advise he was completely done with the job. Jake and his crew did an amazing work. Very professional very clean.
