The owner of the business came in gave me estimates came back in two days. It was very professional, very considerate move. Everything they had removed placed little spacers under the furniture to let the rug dry properly. I would recommend him to everybody, including my mother if that helps.

I can't say enough good things about Tropic Steamer! I had a bit of a disaster on my hands ? my 3-year-old decided to turn our beige sofa into a canvas with pen marks everywhere, and of course, this all happened while my AC was out, making everything feel 10x worse. ? From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, friendly, and super understanding of the situation. Not only did they get every single pen mark out (which I honestly thought would be impossible), but they also did it quickly and efficiently ? all while working in a hot house without a single complaint. They brought my sofa back to life, and it looks better than it did before the ?art project.?
