I called Ivan in Feb if this year to schedule the yearly service call to which he said he would check his schedule and call me back. He never did. I've reached out to him many times and he's never returned my call."

Started at a crazy price of $1000 and then came down to the set price of $300 just to replace the knobs. Wasn't happy by it, but ok. I needed it.
