Tim is a master of his craft. He was very knowledgeable, confident, and extremely patient with us in this project. This was our first time working with Tim. We hired Lewis Construction & Design to help us rebuild a deck we had lost during a storm. We described and explained to him what we wanted and I tell you... he more than delivered. He gave us many options, ideas, and suggestions to think about on everything from color to materials, and even introduced to us to a new composite deck tile flooring material we had never heard of. The crew that Tim had working on our project was very punctual, professional, and always left the job site clean, a sign of a true professional contractor. The final product in the pictures speaks for itself. We look forward to working with Tim on future projects.

My wife and I worked closely with this builder from the very beginning in constructing our custom home.  Tim Lewis is an excellent builder as well as a great person to work with.  He has many years experience in construction and his reputation is excellent.  The complex process of home building was made easier for us, the owners, because the builder always tried to meet our needs, not his, by providing exactly what we wanted.  He made us feel that he was working with us, not against us.  He was flexible in working out the initial construction contract to our satisfaction, and in working with the bank.  

This builder was always available to discuss the project, and gave us whatever time was needed.  He willingly accepted all changes that we requested without any hesitations.  Our list of change orders was long.  He was helpful by making suggestions and recommendations that saved us money.  The project moved along and met the expected timelines.

This builder is totally committed to quality products, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail.  He has an excellent group of subcontractors, as verified by us personally.  We visited the job site daily and interacted with several of the subs.  At no time during or after construction, did we have problems with the quality of the work, including wall finishes, painting, wood and tile floors, windows, tile roof work, kitchen and bath countertops, cabinets, plumbing, landscaping and/or electrical work. 

Everyone has heard horror stories about unresponsive contractors.  This is totally not the case here.  Needless to say, my wife and I are totally satisfied and thrilled with our new home, and we highly recommend Tim Lewis to build or remodel your home. 

Same as above plus forgot to mention. Each area an air scrubber was used resulting in dust containment and no contamination. Rooms sealed off with plastic from ceiling to floor.

Tim Lewis was great to work with on our two renovation projects. He laid tile for us in the kitchen and laundry room, and retiled a shower surround in the bathroom that had water leaking behind it. He responded promptly to phone calls and emails and answered our questions including recommendations. He provided a thorough and detailed estimate and scheduled the projects promptly. He was always on time and advised us of what he would be working on so we could plan accordingly. He made sure we were happy with each step throughout the stages of each project. He cleaned up at the end of the day and made it as easy as possible for us. You will need to have a little room in the garage to store materials while the job is being completed. Tim was very easy to work with and did an excellent job on our projects. We will absolutely call Tim again.

Job was completed expeditiously. Attention to detail was exemplary. It's a set Time was working his own home. I am 100% satisfied.

Tim was amazing!!!  he saved my house and worked with me to find solutions that fit my budget.  His work is first rate, his crew was a delight and he actually made the whole process fun!  I recommend his company to anyone who needs anything done on their home.  I don't cringe when it rains anymore!  Thank you, SO MUCH!!!
