The company gave me a discount for my troubles and said they would send a different team to do the work should I decide to give them another shot. The outcome of the knock down ceiling was good. It was very chaotic working with the team that came out. I saw other reviews for this company which were very good. I decided to be very honest in my rating but not so much as to bash the company all together. We all have bad days... I sincerely wish them well"

"It seemed fine at the start, and they kept assuring us that we were in good hands, has a very friendly start but went bad quickly. EVERYTHING they touched was basically wrong, 7 coats of paint on the island and it's still rough and spots not completely covered, did not even know what a tack cloth was. Our pool is ruined, as they insisted they had to drain it to do the pool lights, and instead we now have an empty pool sitting and perhaps unusable, as it should not have been emptied and when they power washed it he sent a video showing what I thought was a blue cleaning solution, but was in fact the color of our pool being washed down the drain, because he used bleach We have to have it resurface and redo al,, the electrical mistakes done to our electrical system. There is overspray and blue from the pool color all over our wood floors and mouldings and doors. We have to have repairs made to the house to the cost of about $20,000 in total just to put it back as it was. All we anted was the island painted and the lights fixed, what we got was a nightmare. We gave trust and kindness and were given disregard and disrespect to our home. We have tried to upload many photos and videos to show the damage but your system deletes and shuts down. Happy to share them but need another way please"
