"Wouldn’t recommend or rehire for services. Could never predict if/when installers would arrive, little project oversight on behalf of the company. After finishing the project late, I was disappointed and frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and sloppiness, particularly with the trim and caulking. I will give credit that they offered to come fix the remaining issues that I identified after the install, but I chose not to accept the offer and repaired the issues myself."

The project was estimated to take 10?14 days, but dragged on for over 4 weeks due to repeated delays, limited communication, and multiple no-shows. Even after completion, they had to return for repairs, and we are still finding errors?cracks in the tile grout and other signs of poor workmanship. One of the most shocking issues was that they washed their paint brushes in our brand-new $1,500 freestanding tub, damaging the plumbing and causing drainage problems. This careless act may even have long-term effects on our septic system. Overall, the quality of work was subpar, the professionalism lacking, and the entire process stressful. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company for a remodel"
