Andre is truly professional and his guys are skilled and pleasant. We never even consider calling anyone except 5K because Andre is 100% reliable. He always returns calls, provides itemized proposal with costs, does exactly what he says heâ s going to do as promised. The first project was repairing my living room ceiling and replacing the wood laminate. They did such a good job I had them paint the entire interior of the house. The next job they repaired the siding on the house. The latest job was a kitchen sink repair and replacing the shelving in the kitchen cabinets with the roller cabinets. Andre and team pride themselves on doing top notch work! I trust Andre and team. Andre is a man of his word. Itâ s a rare quality.

Andre and his crew showed up everyday on time and put in a full days work. They kept the job site clean and all were very professional. At a time when you are lucky if one contractor shows up, we had 2 electricians or 4 plumbers show up on time. They did a full bathroom remodel, termite repair, bedroom flooring, closet remodel, pantry repair, and full house replumb. We were happy to have a contractor we could fully trust. Everything came out beautiful.

The painting was top notch, completed per our specifications. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early, which was an added bonus. The painting and crown molding turned out GREAT. We are very satisfied with every aspect of the work completed.

The two gentlemen that came to remove our gutter and replace rotted wood were terrific. They made sure the work was done professionally and cleaned up afterward as if theyâ d never been there. I will definitely hire Andre and his team again for future projects!

We have hired 5K Home Repair multiple times for multiple jobs and each time the team has exceeded our expectations! We had an emergency repair needed for Stucco on the side of our home, and when called, they were at our house same day looking at what was needed to repair the issue. Work started the next day! It now looks like we have a new house after the replacement and painting. The team is professional, friendly, and honest. They are very professional and friendly. Did an excellent job of removing all the water damage. Installed new drywall, baseboards, pad and carpet and painted the whole room. Quality work. I would highly recommend them.

Along with being fully capable they paid very close attention to detail and always offered the best solution. Excellent service. Fencing on back order but we were kept updated on status. Once installation scheduled crew arrived on time and never even took break until job was done. Very professional and efficient. Have also used this company several other times for electrical and carpentry work with 5-star results.

We had a wonderful experience working with Andre and his team, Ricardo and Roderick! They worked hard every day, answered every question, and went beyond every request. They were polite, professional, and very pleasant to be around. We now have beautiful, high-quality baseboards and door trim throughout our home. I really appreciate Andre and his team with this review and write few of my own experience of doing repairs done to my houses from this company. if you are looking for Home renovation of any kind, it could be small or big like changing carpets to completely renovate a room or paint your house you name it Andre and team can do it and with a lot of proficiency, They handle things in a professional way I haven't seen any issue after the work is done and I have been using their services from almost 5 years now. I would recommend Andre and his team for any kind of services either small/big repairs to a complete renovation, this is a great team and you are in good hands.

This was a larger scope project with baseboard replacement throughout the house, skim coating the laundry room, bulk head repair in the kitchen and painting at least 5 rooms. They were on time, worked meticulously, finished a day early, and did a fabulous job. I have already hired them to repaint my house in the fall.

After going through another contractor who I had to fire from the job, I called Andre and his team. Andre was responsive and communicative. His team showed up on time, as promised, every time. The team was trustworthy - I left them in my home unattended. The work was wonderful. I would only trust Andre and his team with my house!!!

I say â drywall repairâ , but they also replaced some rotted wood from a long standing leak. Few highlights.. 1) they were on time. They gave an hour estimate of showing up, and they arrived within 20 min of the start of the eatimate 2) they cleaned up after themselves.. 3) took the time to do it right, even when it took a bit longer than expected. 4) allowed me to inspect work at each step of the process. This is the third time Iâ ve used them, and each time Iâ ve asked for increasingly larger and more complex tasks.
