It is difficult to characterize Nickâ  s skills. He was first of all a contractor. He managed the removal of popcorn from the ceilings, the replacement of the interior doors and the painting of the walls and ceilings. The most remarkable thing he did in my apartment was the kitchen. A full on gut and installation of new cabinets and all that entails. I would highly recommend him!

The service, the professionalism and behavior of the owner abhorrent and non existan.. He will yell at you and insult you. He tells you that he does not care about a single unfavorable review. The job was not completed even though the contract stipulated a customer service and job satisfaction guarantee. The furniture on the wall was not covered at all times and was exposed to dust and powder and possibly damaged. He left the project unfinished and with damaged walls where he had been working. He made no attempt to finish the job or repair damage he had done. He left a bucket with feces in the bathroom that he states he took out of the toilet.

My experience with my contractor was excellent, I would like to recommend Mr Nicholas he did a handsome job to start and finish that's why I gave him a 5 ð

I originally hired them to skim coat the ceiling (to cover popcorn) , was very impressed with the job they did, and ended up hiring them to do lots more. The quality of work was outstanding, they always showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and the apartment was surprisingly clean throughout the process. Prices were very reasonable as well. Nicolas is very responsive, gets to the point, delivers what promises. I was pretty scared of repairs as I heard all those stories of unscrupulous contractors who do sloppy job and/or barely show up as they sign for more work than they can do. Nicolas put my worries to rest. I would recommended him to everybody.

Nicolas and his crew did an amazing job in removing A LOT of molding throughout my new condo, then repairing the walls and prepping them for paint. When there were a few changes and additions made during the project, Nicolas priced them reasonably and completed them without missing a beat. Overall great experience and I couldnâ t be happier with the results. I recommend this company without reservation.
