Professional credentials of Mr Ted Lucky Underwood. Is the history of complex project completion and the positive reviews of his prior work? He had creative ideas for accomplishing the work. Two of his sons did much of the work on the project and were a pleasure to work with. We were very pleased with all of the work that was done. "The installation of my flooring went incredible!!! I can’t imagine what it may have been like with another contractor with the amount of repairs and unexpected repairs. Terry has great integrity and pride in his work and the finished product. He made sure to check the whole house for dips, sags, and buckled spots in my previous 11 year old flooring before putting the new luxury vinyl in. Terry made sure to explain to me why these needed to be cut away and repaired to ensure the best foundation for new flooring. He repaired water and termite damage to the sub-floor which was a bigger task than anymore could imagine. I could go on and on but to sum everything up if you are looking for a professional, prompt, contractor with integrity you have found your guy!!!!!!! I will be hiring Terry for many more repairs to my home later on down the road."
