"After the past couple weeks of not one but two very large hurricanes Milon and Helene. My yard was a total disaster. This crew of two very professional and caring yard maintenance Professionals came into my yard and converted it from a disaster looking area back to the beautiful yard it was before the storm in just over a couple hours. They did this without gripping or complaining or requesting any extra pay. I gotta say. I am the Lucky One to have such an awesome company taking care of my yard. I would suggest. We hired a surveyor to mark our property line and decided to grade that land and install a retaining wall. I am so glad we hired ODL. They worked within our budget and did a phenomenal job! They are a small family company, which further boosts their resume in respect to quality and care. They are professional, reliable, hardworking, and talented. "The first time I had this company help me get a tree trimmed from over my well, Billy's work ethic essentially got him the work. I needed a quite a few big branches cut and trimmed over my well so I could get a new well drilled, he came around 5 p.m. ready to work. He worked with me on the price which was fair and essentially had him come back out to cut a tree down that was over my house and dying. Again he showed up on time and stayed in communication. I would recommend this company because this is a small business and the owner is out here on every job getting his hands dirty and trying to build his business up one kob at a time. "

"Marcus was very professional in his approach to this project. He efficiently and carefully cut down the very tall avocado tree while being extremely protective of the property in my yard. The tree was leaning precariously over my roof and air conditioner before Marcus safely removed every branch without so much as a scratch on anything. He was very conscientious and careful. The debris was promptly cleaned up and removed from my property the same day. Everything was done in a very timely manner. Communicating with both Jesse, and Marcus was easy and reliable. "We hired RSC in late 2024 for a full home renovation. At first, the process was reasonable but it became clear the cost + budget were overrun. When the problem was identified, Richard became defensive, combative, and unreasonable. He was verbally abusive and threatening over WhatsApp and telephone. I had to order a stop work. The new Project Manager was great. The office manager Tina was wonderful. However, they both were the 2nd individuals in those roles - way too much turnover on the team to feel confident with progress. Richard himself is a nightmare to work with - we asked for a warranty repair in October 2025 after the work was completed and ended up in an email argument with Richard where he threatened us (again) with legal action. The process of working with Richard is chaotic, stressful, and he is not trustworthy. I do not recommend. "

"They were great to work with. Did a wonderful job. Even recommended them to a friend. BUT.. their contract stated they would be back in a year and reseal. I have been trying to contact them since June/July to do the reseal and repair the pavers that have become loose. Response was that always ?we?ll be in your area next week and take care of it?. So, now it?s almost mid-October, and haven?t seen or heard from anyone for months! Work was wonderful, follow up is horrible! I will not recommend them."
