"I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlos Fernandez and his team from Builders of America for a rental property project, and I’m thoroughly impressed with their work. They handled a range of tasks including painting common areas, replacing all soffit vents, and performing various electrical repairs. From start to finish, Carlos and his team demonstrated professionalism and expertise. The quality of the painting was exceptional, with clean lines and a flawless finish that really brightened up the space. The soffit vents were replaced efficiently, and the electrical work was completed to a high standard, ensuring everything was up to code and functioning properly. What stood out most was their attention to detail and their commitment to getting the job done right. They communicated effectively throughout the project, provided timely updates, and were responsive to any questions or concerns I had. "Remodeled 3 rooms, added a bathroom, and a small kitchen. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. They listened to what I wanted and delivered. Yes, I would recommend. They did things that I didn't know I needed or wanted like they made sure to clean up and leave everything orderly for the next day. Removed piles of trash in a timely manner. It's the little things that go a long way like closing the gate behind them whenever they entered and left. Responded to my every call and explained in detail whenever I had a question. Very professional at all times. Made me feel like I can trust them. I'm highly satisfied with the work completed and I am looking forward to my next project."
