"Mike has been outstanding! It started with communication. He communicates all along the way beginning with coming out to asses our project. Mike took multiple measurements of the area, stairs, pitch, etc and delivered a quote when he said he would. The quote was reasonable for this custom project. Previous contractors promised a quote and never delivered. Mike allowed us to choose the powder coat color to best match our existing surroundings. He fabricated the railing and brought it out for a test fit before even taking it to be powdered coated. Mike did a great job installing the railing and actually fastening it to the house to ensure more stability, compared to the previous railing installed by previous owners. Mike also went to great lengths to find paint or covers for the tapcons that secured the railing to the paver steps, so that they would match the railing color. Incredible attention to detail and pride in his workmanship. I highly recommend Mike without a doubt"

"The owner, Chad listened to what we wanted, and they were able to build the most gorgeous deck and staircase to our new pool. Our concerns primarily being safety for our small children. We also showed Chad a picture of what we would like for it to look like, and he was able to replicate it. They also have some of the most talented people working for them! We truly felt like they built it as if it was for their own backyard. We really appreciated the precision and time they took to get it just right! Will definitely be using again for future home projects!"

"The company was excellent , showed up on time, clean neat and polite. Highly recommend."

"I have already recommended him to others! He is very fair, honest in his approach and will find ways to work within our budget. Great experience!"

"Arrived on time for the quote as well as the job, very professional and friendly, did everything as discussed in a very timely and detailed manner. Left work area clean and got my picky trash folk to take the garbage left curbside without fuss (that is an accomplishment 😎)."

"The service was excellent. He was on time. He prepared the work and got done in a timely manner. He double checked every single area. Definitely I recommend the service of Mr. Jermaine. Many thanks to have my house pups out in the neighborhood."

"Ciao and his team were very professional and excellent, right from the estimate to the job cleanup. This is the only company that provided a formatted estimate via email, along with product info and pictures, and the quoted price was lower than others. They took care of HOA details, and completed the job on the date promised. The team appeared to work well together...it seems Ciao respects his workers and vice-versa. The quality of work is excellent, with all fence posts beautifully aligned and straight. Highly recommended!!"

"The guy is an absolute professional. He came back to fix some minor issues but he is my permanent welder going forward. Amazing work"
