Dr. Phillips Construction Co. Did a great job for me and 3 other neighbors. We live in a towhome community and wanted to build a paver patio outside our screened/enclosed patio. I knew several other neighbors wanted it too so I shopped around for us and chose Dr Phillips. Luiz is very kind and showed me options that would work with our HOA color scheme. The workmanship is great, all the neighbors are happy, and one neighbor even had them come back and do their entire enclosed patio floor in pavers as well. I recommend them, it was a good experience.

To say that I am not one to proactively write reviews would be an understatement. In my six years of living in Central Florida, I had hired numerous contractors and companies to handle respective jobs around my home -- and most of them was not worthy of anything more than a 3.5 out of 5. That changes with Dr. Phillips Construction Co. With them, my experience has been an impressive 5 out of 5 / the highest ranking I can give. From the top down, Luiz and his entire team that worked on both our new backyard retaining wall and then backyard patio / deck were tremendous.We found Dr. Phillips Construction Co. on the recommendation from another vendor we have used. That was by far the best recommendation we had ever been given. Luiz, the owner, made the time throughout the duration of the projects to answer any questions and/or concerns we had. He worked with us on our vision for the back yard, and implemented it in a way that we thought we could only imagine. His team is hard-working, honest, professional, and extremely detail-oriented. When any mistakes of human error were made, he and his team corrected them immediately. That last point right there is very important to me. I cannot tell you how many different contractors we have used over the years for various projects, with all of them scoring poor on accountability and honesty. With Luiz and his team, they scored high across the board.  From a guy who is extremely picky about quality, professionalism and accountability, I cannot say enough good things about Luiz and his entire team at Dr. Phillips Construction Co. To say they have earned 5 out of 5 would be an understatement.

Great work for a good price

Luiz was very accommodating and patient with last minute changes in plans and the product that we ultimately chose. He put us in contact with the suppliers in an effort to make sure that we were happy with the pavers that were going to be installed. The end product is a work of art. Exceeded my expectations. I love when you have a vision of a project and it comes out even better than what you expected. Luiz and company did an outstanding job on my pergola and patio installation. I highly recommend them.

Luiz and company did a great job installing our paver patio and installing our Pergola. It has become a great focal point of our backyard.

DPC Co owner came over next day for estimate. We agreed on a price and day to start. Arrived on time and completed project same day. Left area clean and pavers look great. Excellent service and we highly recommend DPC Co.

The first issue was the lack of English speaking workers onsite. The second issue was the clean up of the work site after the job was completed was terrible. We are still cleaning up the oversprayed sealant. Unfortunately the worst part about the whole experience was the lack of communication from the company. I will not be doing business with this company again.
