There were no leaks visible which makes me extremely happy. I was able to renew our home insurance without issue. "I am not one to hurt any business, but I do not want anyone else going through what I did and reading more of their negative reviews on google, I feel the moral conscience to address this: If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. Short answer: STAY AWAY & DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE !!!! Here is the full scenario: I had LEO come out and give me an assessment on what can improve the air flow in the home, promising me the world and how everything will be done quick and they only work with top professionals and I will only see AIR PRO trucks outside my house as they do not subcontract to other companies. I paid the deposit and was told I will be called for a start date. This was on a Friday. On Monday morning a crew shows up unannounced, only one truck was from Air Pros, the other two were a subcontracting company JACK RABBIT. The guys came in to rip out my AC unit to start the job, only to leave it DISCONNECTED over night in the heat of summer (JULY). I was specifically told that would never happen. I was also informed BY THE ONSITE contractors that ONE. They are, in fact, a subcontractor hired by AIR PROS. and TWO. That there are issues working with the company, the managers not organized, and that AIR PROS were supposed to send another crew to help them so I would not be left without AC overnight. The next day three contractors came back to reinstall the AC and then had some fight with AIR PROS and they ALL left the site. I was then left with the AC connected back but not working properly and had to call another company (KALOS) to repair the damages (over $600 worth ). The manager, Terrance, took a day to get back to me only to blatantly lie and say that 50% of the job was complete. I had the contact for the contractors who confirmed that nothing was done towards the project other than rip out the AC and put it back (improperly BTW). Terrence then apologized and said they will refund me any amount I paid and will terminate the project. I have now waited nearly two weeks and have filed a claim with VISA to dispute the charges. Even though I will not pay for this financially, they caused a lot of grief and unnecessary stress. They not only screwed up on the project, they wanted to charge me for it still. I am lucky to have found another company whom are great and the difference in professionalism is NIGHT & DAY!!! Goodluck :)"

"Our central air conditioner stopped working on Friday a around 5:30 pm. I called my go-to company (del-air) but they couldn’t come out until Wednesday. I tried getting recommendations from Angi, and while one provider called right away, I missed the call. I called back less than a minute later, but got their vm. No one else reached out until later on Saturday. I did a web search on Saturday morning, and got a company that was willing to come on Sunday…but when they asked if the unit was more than eight years old, and I said yes, they offered to come Saturday evening. I asked why, and they said that since I had an older unit, they didn’t want me to be without air overnight. I asked why it would make a difference...I was going to be without air no matter how old the unit was, they said “that’s just the way we do things.” My wife and I talked and decided they would probably just try to sell us a new unit (based on my research between $6000 and $11,000), so we cancelled the appointment. Later Saturday morning, I texted a friend, and she recommended serviceone. I called, and they first apologized that they wouldn’t be able to come out that day…would the next day (Sunday) be ok, between 11 & 1. I said sure, and thanked them. Their technician came an hour early, was incredibly nice, diagnosed the problem, replaced the breaker and the capacitor, told me the capacitor he installed wasn’t optimum, so was going to come out on Monday to put in a better one, at no extra charge, charged me less than six hundred dollars, and had everything done in 20 minutes. I have no way of knowing if the price he charged was fair, but other than that, this was a perfect experience, and I am grateful."

"Ken the SWINDLER,troubleshooted my unit&quoted me $1,200 flat.Less than 24hrs before the job,he tried to jack up the price.He made an existing hairline crack in my drip pan worse,causing water to leak all on my floor,then refused to take responsibility.His excuse: “It was already cracked.” He wanted to charge me for the damage HE caused.He discovered my parts were under warranty(including the drip pan)he then “owned up” to replacing it,acting like he was a hero.He brought me the incorrect fan relay,he left to switch it out.Disappeared for 2hrs,calls and lies about the place being closed when he left the incorrect fan relay at my house.Was promised a hard start kit for free if my breaker tripped.It tripped twice.Instead of honoring his word,he tried to push me off to an electrician&told me to start saving $8,000 for a brandnew system on a unit thats 3.5yrs old.He denied ever making the offer,admitted it later then ghosted me.Stay away unless you want A BREATHE OF FRESH PROBLEMS."

"Leo and Javon arrived on time and began the job of blowing insulation in the attic space above my lanai. They were very respectful of me as well as helpful with getting my sister, who is in a wheelchair, out of the house. When the job was finished, they neatly cleaned up and showed me the pictures of the finished job. The photos showed insulation where there was once none and the invoice reflected the best R factor. I had many questions and they answered every one very patiently. I would definitely use this company again and I do recommend them to anyone looking to insulate their home."
