"Upon arrival to pick up the repaired unit, the guy presented me with a $207 bill for replacing the carburetor, lubricating the gears and fixing the switch wiring. I refused to pay and requested a copy of the invoice, explaining that I intended to take the matter up with the manufacturer. After that, the guy refused to give me a copy of the invoice and gleefully stated that he could withhold the invoice and the trimmer because he had a lien on the trimmer. I decided to limit my losses and left the premises without the deposit and without the trimmer. Don't get ripped off like I did from Degen's."
