We called in to confirm we were ordering the correct part. Their rep gave us the item/part number that would match our starter. Their rep was incorrect and the starter they sold us will not work. Upon opening the box, we knew it was incorrect. It was never mounted, didn't even leave the office. They refuse to do a return because it is "our fault for ordering the wrong part"

Paid for part and the shipping. Part was shipped and was the incorrect part. They said I ordered the wrong part. I explained that the website stated it was for my model Chainsaw. They said I would have to pay to have it shipped back and I would need to pay a 15% restocking fee. Stated I should have looked up the part with my serial #, but they provide no means to do that when ordering online. All information over the website and packaging stated the part I ordered would work with my model Chainsaw. When I asked what part number is the correct one, after sharing the serial # verbally with the representative they provided a different part #. I looked up the number it also stated it was the correct part for my model chainsaw. Even though they have an incomplete and errored process in their search system and a customer has no way to do a serial number search, in addition to the fact that they listed two different parts numbers foran air filter for my saw, they still refused to accept the return without a restocking fee and requiring I pay for postage to return. Representative was rude, short and uncooperative. Will never purchase from them again.

Customer service was rude, got the ole "bait & switch"routine. Bought a mower deck that they didn't have and then they tried to charge me another $95 after I already paid $521 (w/shipping)for the mower deck. They stated it was the "factory shipping charge" to shipped it to them and I already paid $202 for them to shipped it to ME! The I find out that I wasn't going to get it until AUGUST!!!! Of course, they jumped on getting my money within hours of the purchase. Cancelled immediately and will NEVER use or recommend, a bunch of con artist!!!!!

Wrong part was sent and the company promised to exchange but never sent the product nor refund the money to me.

I looked on line for 4 lugs for a Dixie chopper. I found a picture with a part # of Four lugs with nuts. With shipping it came to a little less than $ 16.00 I paid for them and they were shipped. What I got was only the nuts ( not what was in the picture) I called Power Mower Sales they told me rudely that it was my fault and I could send them back at my expense and would have to pay a restocking charge. $ 16 is not going break me. Beware, their parts are expensive and their service is very poor. See picture At [*** Link removed ***]

The tractor (riding) mower repair required nearly 4 weeks. It was not fixed when we took it home the first time and would not start. The first $200 of the repair was completely ineffective as the push rods they replaced broke again immediately. They finally identified the additional parts needed to finish the repair originally caused by contaminated gas as we had reported it to them. We had to go elsewhere to buy a battery, bring it to their shop and then wait another 10 days for them to finish the job. Every time we called or went to the shop, the employees took at least 20 minutes to find out the status of the repair. The counter employees were courteous but unable to expedite the completion of the job. After we complained, they did credit one hour of labor towards the final repair. There are always at least 10 people working there, but also a backlog of unfinished repairs. The mower is still not running very well, but it does now start and cut the grass.
The walk behind mower also required more than 3 weeks for them to replace the carburetor. The repair seems to be adequate on this older mower, but it did require more than 10 days after the repair was authorized for them to get the part and install it.
Customers should be informed when they leave a mower for service if it is not going to be evaluated for weeks and that actual repairs will be after parts are ordered, received and installed much later.
