"Their work is very good. Their sense of responsibility (as far as being on time) is horrible. They were late for their first appointment and it took them 2 hours to call to let me know they were going to be late since their truck broke down. They were on time the next day but they let me know that they needed to go take care of some other work for a couple hours but they were gone for 4 hours. I called the owner and let him know that I expected the workers to get right back and finish the work. the owner knew I was very upset and they got here quickly. Their excuse was that they didn’t have my number but I feel like they could have called the office to have them call me. They were supposed to come a third day to remove the tape they had put up before painting and no one showed up. I called the owner again and he was unaware that his employee didn’t make it out. They did arrive later  that day to take care of it. They are very nice guys and very apologetic. They wanted to make it up to me but I told them that I just wanted them to finish the job that I hired them for. The job was supposed to take 1.5 days but took 3 days. The work was good but everything else was disastrous. I think that Bill, the owner, should follow up with his employees more and stay on top of things."
