I scheduled the initial appt on a Saturday which was easy, the rep told me what to expect when the agent came out. The actual agent was very friendly and had all the samples and padding with him. I was kind of shocked how simple it was to pick out everything. The prices were reasonable and my install was set up 4 days later. I got status/progress calls from everyone involved and my 2 installers were great. There were a few nails left around the edges by my sliding glass door but overall I love my carpet.
