Jeffrey's painting itself is both excellent and efficient, he moved through a 2-story foyer, kitchen, 2 large rooms, a long hallway, and some exterior shutters, in less than a week (2 coats, a lot of doors, and all of the trim). Jeffrey shows up early, leaves late (if that's what you want), packs a lunch, and always calls if there are any changes in plans. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and will be using him on other jobs in the future."
