"I recently completed a large pool and deck renovation project with Surfside Pavers. The work involved the setting of more than 2500 square feet of large format 20 mm and 10 mm porcelain tile. The job was quite challenging for a variety of reasons but particularly because of the multiple elevations and the many complicated angles involved. I have to say it was executed to perfection. Surfside’s attention to detail was exemplary. I never saw anyone setting tile without simultaneously verifying their work with a large level. As a result, the tiles were all perfectly aligned with one another and the drainage of the deck was even better than promised. I particularly want to thank Keith Spalding for overseeing the project. He always made time to explain their plans and intentions and patiently answered my many questions. It was obvious he had complete control of the situation and was absolutely dedicated to making our vision a reality. I would recommend Surfside Pavers unreservedly. "Housmans Aluminum is fundamentally dishonest. They provided me with a quote for a screen room and assured me that it would be no issue to proceed. I even made a roof alteration that cost over $2,500. After collecting my deposit, they attempted to obtain the necessary permit, but the city rejected the project due to setback regulations. Consequently, we could not proceed, yet Housmans Aluminum declined to refund my deposit. Very dishonest!"
