"Decided to drop us as customers without telling us. Charged us for April and then didn't provide basic services like pool sweeping for three weeks. He ignored our emails and calls asking about continuation of service for weeks. By the time we realized that he wasn't going to come anymore our pool had deteriorated significantly. When we complained about this behavior he responded in his email "Life is gonna ***** slap the stupid out of you." This guy is the most confrontational "professional" I've ever dealt with."

That was Sept and now it is mid-Dec 2020 and never called back to finish the job. Fast to cash the check, but 8 months later, still haven't completed the job."
