Best lead testing and removal specialists near Miami Lakes, FL

"Quality 1 registration deserves a top-notch rating. Yoni and his staff are “can do”, professional, excellent people who follow through on their commitments. A month ago I returned at the end of a long day to my downstairs condo with 3 inches of water due to an inlet pipe breaking in my downstairs bathroom. Water was leaking out of both my back and front doors. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, I lucked out on a google internet search for a water remediation company. Yoni and his team were knocking at my door shortly thereafter in spite of the later evening phone call from me. I am certain the prompt service limited the overall damage. However, my condo was not rated to hold this amount of water for a period of hours and the damage ended up being pretty substantial. Over the next few weeks, Yoni helped me work with my insurance company providing them detailed reports to support their inspection of my premises. Given my initial positive experience, I decided to continue with Quality 1 for the mold remediation and the mold was successfully removed. While I am humbled by the whole experience, Yoni and Quality 1 were flat out an honor to do business with. I wish the company the best. We are so lucky to have professionals like Quality 1 in this market."

"I have used Precise Home Inspection Services to perform home inspections several times. Their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was most impressed with their services for a property which had mold. Their inspector was punctual and profesional. He was very thorough and took samples of the mold which they sent out for testing. They were prompt with the results and a plan of action. We remedied the mold problem quickly and are super pleased with their services. I highly recommend them."

"Allan did a great job of meeting quickly and providing an estimate. He had a great team that took care of the work. Everyone was professional and dependable. The work was completed on time. I trust Allan and AquaDry and would hire them again if ever needed."

"I'm very satisfied with the entire service he provided from scheduling to how quickly I received my report with pictures and descriptions of the trouble areas and the entire house. He went out of his way to do the inspection on a Sunday morning, due to the fact that I was short on the deadline and time. He worked with me and accommodated his schedule and I'm very appreciative of that. I was impressed on how knowledgeable he was on every aspect of the home. He checks every nook and cranny of the property and explains if anything needs to be repaired or updated.
His report is sent via email with all the pictures with descriptions and highlighted areas on the pictures as well. He was quick and very efficient. I had various questions and he didn't hesitate not once to answer them. He crawls into the attic and makes sure roofing is properly done and gives and estimate of life on the roof and if anything needs to be done, also for the insulation. I highly recommend Nelson at Infinity Home Inspections for all their services. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient."

"Perfectly, Robert showed up exactly on time. He was able to open the realty lock box and enter the vacant home several minutes before the real estate agent arrived. Roobert performed all of the inspection requirements plus several additional things that were not part of the normal inspection procedure. He made sure everything was in operating order. The inspection report was promptly delivered, by internet, within 24 hours of the inspection, including clear photos of all rooms and fixtures. Nothing was left for only written interpretation."

"My experience with Matrix Restoration was phenomenal. Daniel is truly a professional in this field. Living in Florida, you hear about the horrors of mold but never take it seriously, until your home is impacted by it. If you’re online searching for mold remediation, then I am talking to you. Don’t waste your money or time with other companies. Getting rid of mold is not an easy task. I spent a lot of money with wrong companies and got nowhere. Bottom line, if you want to save your home and belongings - this is the company to call. Daniel and his team are true professionals. He’s intelligent, punctual, reliable, thorough, honest and a complete Pro. Highly recommend Matrix Restoration. A+ Bolivar J"

"Joseph was very informative, responsive and reasonable. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him"
