Best lead testing and removal specialists near Coral Gables, FL

"After having called several companies which did not impress, I called this company and spoke to Yoni. From the moment I met him, I knew he was the real deal. A lot of companies know how to remove mold, but with Yoni, I felt like he was a close, personal friend who had my back, and who I could trust to do the work, do it right, and in a timely fashion. I hired him to do a job and not only did he do it perfectly and professionally, but also he inspected my whole condo, found other issues and took care of them! In addition, after I had already paid him, he discovered another issue which he also took care of just out of the goodness if his heart. To say that he went above and beyond is a major understatement. I wish I could have paid him double his asking fee because he deserves it. Don't even give it a second thought; there is no better than Yoni and his company! Thank you Yoni, all the best."

"Great service and price. Did an outstanding job"

"From the moment of contact Ali and her team made us feel like all the problems we were having would be taken care of. They came out and after interviewing us about problems we were having in our home performed a thorough indoor air quality inspection, took samples and put together a report with their findings that pinpointed the problem and how to get rid of it. How they found the source of mold in our home was incredible as it was behind the ceiling/wall. The whole team at Precise were professional, kind, and know their craft like no one else. We are definitely recommending them for all Indoor Air Quality issues!"

"Allan did a great job of meeting quickly and providing an estimate. He had a great team that took care of the work. Everyone was professional and dependable. The work was completed on time. I trust Allan and AquaDry and would hire them again if ever needed."

"I'm very satisfied with the entire service he provided from scheduling to how quickly I received my report with pictures and descriptions of the trouble areas and the entire house. He went out of his way to do the inspection on a Sunday morning, due to the fact that I was short on the deadline and time. He worked with me and accommodated his schedule and I'm very appreciative of that. I was impressed on how knowledgeable he was on every aspect of the home. He checks every nook and cranny of the property and explains if anything needs to be repaired or updated.
His report is sent via email with all the pictures with descriptions and highlighted areas on the pictures as well. He was quick and very efficient. I had various questions and he didn't hesitate not once to answer them. He crawls into the attic and makes sure roofing is properly done and gives and estimate of life on the roof and if anything needs to be done, also for the insulation. I highly recommend Nelson at Infinity Home Inspections for all their services. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient."

"Chris is very professional at what he does and very knowledgeable when it comes to mold remediation. He was able to identify my problem with mold and took care of it right away. I will definitely use him and his company again in the future and I also will recommend him to anyone I know. Thank you Chris for a job well done and for being such a polite friendly person. It is hard to find people like you who are honest and true."

"Allstate Restoration came out and not only found the leak, they did an excellent job with the dry out and making sure everything was taken care of. Highly Recommend."

"Perfectly, Robert showed up exactly on time. He was able to open the realty lock box and enter the vacant home several minutes before the real estate agent arrived. Roobert performed all of the inspection requirements plus several additional things that were not part of the normal inspection procedure. He made sure everything was in operating order. The inspection report was promptly delivered, by internet, within 24 hours of the inspection, including clear photos of all rooms and fixtures. Nothing was left for only written interpretation."
