    This isn't the first we've called for an appliance repair (washer, dryer, refrigerator come to mind) and it probably won't be the last, but for sure it will always be the same business we've used all the other times: Gunn Appliance Service. Scott answered the call immediately, gave an estimated time of arrival and promptly bettered it by at least an hour (even calling to note he was on his way). He diagnosed the problem (with the dryer in this case) within minutes, explained what it was and why it occurred, installed the replacement pieces immediately (pausing only to explain that he was also changing some other parts that were worn, thus avoiding a future service call) and we had a working unit in less time than it takes to write about it. We have recommended Gunn Appliance to friends and neighbors with equally sterling results. I needed Freon in my refrigerator and he serviced my fridge quickly and effectively. He showed me the gas gauge before and after servicing as proof that he had accomplished the task.     I would not recommend this company at all!!! They were very easy to contact when they were trying to get my business but afterwards, they got missing!!! My dryer was supposed to be “fixed” but stopped working right after he left. This happened 4 times!!! He had to come back 4 different times to “fix” it within 2 weeks. I am frustrated and have been trying to get in contact to receive a refund. I rather just buy me a new dryer than to deal with this. I feel like I have been SCAMMED!     I called Quality Masters Appliance Service for a diagnosis and estimate for repair of a broken stove. When Jose arrived, he determined that the issue was the bake element and it would need to be replaced providing a repair estimate of $195. 86. Based on his diagnosis and estimate, I decided ro go ahead and get the stove repaired rather than getting a new one. However, once he came and replaced the bake element, he found that the Main Control Board was burnt out and that an additional $118.58 would now be needed to repair the stove. Having already sunk $195 for the initial estimate, I okayed the replacement of the control board. Needless to say, with the final total repair cost of $321.65, I obviously would have just gotten a new stove if the original diagnosis had been correct read less
