He did a good job and it was very clean. The price was fair. They were very professional. The owner was very patient and explained everything to us. He was right on time for the estimate. It was a good experience overall. We had other people in and had gotten other prices. They got to the house early and sat outside until it was time. We would absolutely use them again.

I hired company for some minor home repairs noted in a home inspection. I was surprised when three workers showed up for tasks that I believed one handyman could easily have managed. Affordable Proffesional Home Improvement company are capable of repairing anything a homeowner would need repaired...because they are actually construction contractors. However, as I discussed w/Dervin/owner after I paid him $300.00 for the repairs, his fees exceeded the rate that I've paid handymen in the past for minor home repairs. This was the first time that I've used the services of this company, and I admit that I was remiss when not asking for an estimate of repairs before they did the work. The $300.00 was for labor only as I purchased all materials before they arrived.
I will definately hire this company in the future because their work ethics and quality is outstanding, but he and I agreed that we'll agree on a price up front so that we will both be satisfied.

Verry well. He came out one day and gave me an estimate, and completed the project the next day.

He did a great job, he did exactly what he said he was going to do. He actually did some extra work for me removing some lava rock.

Dervin was great. He came out when I wanted him there. My schedule was conflicting with his, but he immediately accomodated me. I originally wanted a quote for the interior paint job, but after talking with Dervin for about 15 minutes, it was apparent that he was extremely knowledgable about almost every aspect of homebuilding, remodeling, painting, etc. He was also honest about what he couldn't do. So I also had him remodel the master bathroom shower. I gave him some free reign in the design of the remodel. I picked out the tile and he completed a beautiful remodel with varying patterns of tile and the building of an additional wall. He also included the demolition of the old shower into the remodel quote.
A quote was emailed to me by the end of the day, and the prices were extremely reasonable. I met him at the house the next day and gave him a key as the house was vacant. When I dropped by the next day to replace a fixture (this is a rental property), the crew was already there, working diligently.
He promised the job would be completed by the 13th. He was basically done on the 11th. First time ever for me that a contractor has completed work before the alotted time!
When I showed up to pay him the remaining balance, I was surprised to find him touch-up painting window sills and baseboards even though we agreed that they weren't part of the contract! This guy goes above and beyond the call !!

Mr. Flores showed up on time and did an excellent job. For the amount of work involved I thought that the price was quite reasonable. He also did a bit more touch up work beyond what he had contracted for at no extra cost just because he thought it was a good idea.

I plan to use him in the future for handyman services.
