I appreciate his bringing some of the materials with him that would be used. The person who installed the awning, Derrick, was very professional and thorough. He brought everything he needed to do his job and kept the yard/work site clean. He also answered our questions. When he was done it looked as if the awning had been there all along and there was no damage or trash left behind. I spoke with someone from three different companies and set an appointment for an estimate. Coastal was the only one who kept the appointment. Not only did the other two not come as scheduled, they did not even grant me the courtesy of a phone call. This made my final decision to hire Coastal that much easier.
