Juan was incredibly responsive to all of my questions related to the work they were doing, timelines, and even some questions about other work I needed done on the house that technically were out of the scope of our agreement. The work was done quickly, by the time promised, and all the deliverables outlined in the summary of work were completed to my satisfaction. Once the job was completed, Juan ensured I quickly received the manifest to prove that the asbestos was disposed of properly and in accordance with regulation. "I believe there were two problems , one of which was self inflicted and the other an oversight. They promised the report to me by Monday night or Tuesday. I got the report at the end of the following week. I think they over promised based upon the complexity of the inspection and the condition of the house. The oversight indicated that the water was turned off and therefore he couldn't test the toilets etc. The fact was he turned the water on and discovered that there was a broken supply line underground that leaked out of the ground next to the driveway. He turned the water off at that point."
