"Ornelas Services did a terrific job for me. He arrived promptly and gave me a quote when he saw what the job was. He completed the job in a short period of time and at a reasonable rate. "I have been using this landscaping maintenance service for three years and am very happy with the results.  Two people come for one hour (two hours of work for a total of $50) every week.  I have a tall hedge that needs frequent trimming which is done with my equipment but is done very professionally.  They do not mow the lawn which is only on City property.  They are able to trim limbs on the poinciana and tall palm trees so that I do not need to hire a separate tree service.  They clean up the garden and use a blower to finish off.  Very satisfied.
Both Spanish and English spoken.

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

You should ask a few questions to ensure that your potential lead removal professional is experienced and qualified to handle lead-paint abatement safely, legally, and properly.

  • What are your qualifications and experience removing lead-based paint?

  • Are you licensed and certified to remove lead-based paint?

  • How do you test for lead paint?

  • What methods do you use for lead-based paint abatement?

  • What do you plan to do with the hazardous material when you remove it from the home?

  • Do you do replacement and painting work or removal only?

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is to take it to a professional dumping facility that specializes in and accepts hazardous materials. These facilities will dispose of the materials in a way that is safe for both humans and the environment. If you don’t have access to a nearby facility, the best way to get rid of hazardous waste is to call a professional garbage removal company who handles disposing of hazardous materials .

When a surface that contains lead dust is disturbed, the dust can float about in the air for roughly an hour before settling again. Since you cannot see the dust, it is important always to wear protective gear when working with any materials that may contain lead paint and to keep children, pets, and others away from the area for as long as possible

Lead removal is crucial in older homes to eliminate risks of lead poisoning, which can severely affect health, particularly in children, by impacting development and cognitive functions.

It is safe to remove old linoleum, but it may require the help of a specialist due to the risk of asbestos in the material. Before you cut into linoleum or try to peel it up, have it tested for asbestos. If it tests positive, professionals will need to remove it to prevent the risk of health issues from airborne toxic particles. If it’s asbestos-free, DIY removal is possible and safe.
