FL Project Masters (FLPM) has a few key guys that are really good (e.g. Mike Sipes, in particular) that did exceptional inspection, follow-up, and quality finishing work. In short, although there were a couple of hiccups in the project due to the initial team, FLPM Eric kept his word, followed through, communicated, and made sure the project was delivered and very close to budgeted cost. I would feel comfortable recommending FLPM for other jobs."
