"Edward Ryan worked with us every step of the way... he helped us get the designs and permits and did a large amount of the work himself. He has a great work ethic and kept everything moving forward. The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. I fully intend to use him again for home renovations we have planned."

"I have worked with Tony on several projects ranging from as small a punch list of repairs for a homeowner selling a property and as large as a full renovation where we completely remodel the entire home literally from top to bottom. Every time he is punctual and does quality within our deadlines. There is no job too small or too big that him and his team can’t handle!!!"

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."
All of the doors and windows were replaced by National HomeCraft.

"The whole experience was Great!
My wife and I had looked all over.. from Orlando to Melbourne and Daytona to find a shed at the right price but yet one we thought was well built.  A contractor friend of mine had helped me build a shed that was already in my yard, but we needed another and I didn't want to spend quite as much money as the first time.  It is a very well built shed.. but this time we just wanted someone else to do all the work.
No matter where we looked in our price range (around $2000) we couldn't find anything that looked like it really would hold up to the wind strength advertised and they all had gaps where you could see the light come in and on and on.
We were almost ready to give up and not even buy a shed when a relative mentioned ShedMovers and what great sheds they had.
My wife I had were absolutely floored at the quality of these sheds... they were built better than the one I'd built!  And when we started asking questions we kept getting the same answer... it's included in the price.. . electricy pre wired., delivery.. installation ..  all included in the price.
When we checked the price, the shed we'd chosen was about $200 more than all the other sheds we'd looked at.. but the quality of the shed was 10 times better.  Plus, after we'd added on all the things we'd need to do to another shed and didn't have to do with this one... we would have spent a lot more than $200..and had a junkier shed.
Shed Movers wouldn't take a dime till they had built our shed, delivered it and installed it..  These people are great and they have the best product I have ever seen or heard of in Sheds.
Professional, knowledgeable, and a fantastic product and a very good price.  We highly recommend Shed Movers and can't give them a high enough rating.

"So far, good! It was time for a new roof so we started shopping around. Looked at three companies, got estimates from two of them. All of them reputable, with good reviews. We decided on Total Home Roofing after talking with Doug Kluener, an estimater with their company. Doug came out, walked the roof, then talked to us about what he saw and what he thought we might be needing. He was very up front with the pricing, as in plywood and facia, whatever they had to replace due to rot and all. Their costs were less than the other companies in most areas and a little more expensive in a couple. They have a large selection of shingles to choose from (we're going with archetextual shingles) and Doug explained that due to the large size of their company they have access to building materials whereas a smaller company might have difficulty obtaining some items. Another nice feature of their company is that once a contract is signed, the price of materials is locked in; no matter how much they may increase on the general market! The warranty on their work is for 15 years, and they will come out during that time and correct any issues that may arise. All of this together gave us a real good feeling about Total Home Roofing, and led us to choose them. Also, Doug gave addresses of homes in our area that we could go to too see examples of their work. The company also handles all aspects of metal roofs, should someone want to go in that direction. The price we were quoted for the roof was a little higher than the other companies (but not outrageously so). The overall price was a lot less than we were expecting, so we were pleasantly surprised. They also include a wind mitigation inspection with the cost and all permitting. I'll write another review once the work is complete as a follow up."

Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

The foundation for a pole barn should be at least 36 inches thick to ensure that the piers won’t shift from frost heave.

Generally speaking, building a swing set is cheaper than buying a prefabricated one, but this assumes you have all the tools and knowledge to complete the project. The average cost to build a swing set is $514, but you should also factor in the time and effort it will require—if you don’t want to give up your weekend, it’s worth considering buying instead of building.

It can, especially with the rising popularity of treehouses that go beyond the ones designed for kids. Adults can now use them as office spaces, yoga studios, or quiet treetop retreats. That said, a treehouse can appeal to families with children or adults who might want to convert it into a space of their own. Depending on the buyer, they may be willing to pay extra for the unique feature.

Choosing a suitable backyard playset that’s age-appropriate and entertaining for your children is worth the cost. A backyard playset you can update and upgrade as your kids grow offers even more benefits. Although a playset won’t substantially increase your home’s value, it won’t negatively affect it either.

Ranch and colonial-style homes are often the most affordable to build. They have a common layout with available designs that are easy to adjust in simple ways without having to spend too much on a structural engineer or architect. Both types of homes' symmetry, simple roofs, and often one or two-story plans mean they often fall in the $150 to $200 square-foot range, putting them right around average.
