Best sump pump installation pros near Lynn Haven, FL

"Keith did a great job. Was very easy to work with and does high quality work. His estimate was accurate and aligned with the final bill. He showed up on time and did a great job installing a gas line and connecting it from the meter to our pool heater while installing a T for future expansion."

"I had made an appointment for someone with D&S to come tell me the cost of putting gas in my kitchen. The guy didn't show up for the appointment and I had to call twice more to get someone. However, then things went extra smoothly with Ashley giving me an estimate one day and putting in the line the next. I've hired them to come back and do my plumbing when my new countertops are in. Ashley and her co-worker were professional, quick and neat. The prices were more reasonable than what was estimated on Home Advisor so I was pleased with that too. I will hire them again for all my gas and plumbing needs."

"Very well. Mike and team were professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. They communicated well and were transparent on pricing. I have already recommended Performance Plumbing to a friend. Good home service providers are hard to find."

"Pressure washing was done to my expectations. Worker was prompt and efficient. He did an excellent job."

"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"The young lady that I first made contact with by phone to schedule a visit to give estimate for this work was very courteous and professional.  I was contacted the day of the appointment by another (possibly the same person) to confirm the appointment and to let me know that they were on their way for the service call.  They were coming from Niceville to my home in Defuniak Springs.
The guys who came out - Clifford Stapp and Ray Mercer - were both very professional and helpful.  Questions were answered and also they let me know of other services that Benjamin Franklin could provide if ever needed.  I was a little surprised about the cost (seemed a little high considering I had the EXACT same pump for replacement as the one they were replacing).
Service was completed in a little less than an hour.  There was no itemization of the charges on the invoice, including there was nothing documented in the Arrival Time nor the time spent.  I would have like to have seen in writing a little better breakdown of the charges than what I received.
The area was left clean, new pump working perfectly and I have been very pleased with the work since then.  For this service the company seemed to be very reliable and prompt and professional.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone who needs their services, but would hold them to documenting a little better on the invoice in the future.

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
