"The gentlemen, Carlos, arrived on time (looking very clean and professional) and walked through the house where I pointed out the problems, milk chocolate spill in den and my labrador hang outs. Carlos did something I have never seen done previously. He had plastic covers that he put at all the doors and edge of furniture if necessary to protect from the hose being pulled through the house and damaging door jams or furniture. He spent about 1 hour and 20 minutes and met all expectations.I would highly recommend this company for any of the services they provide based on the excellent customer service, job well done with a smile and my white carpets being restores.
