"The gentlemen, Carlos, arrived on time (looking very clean and professional) and walked through the house where I pointed out the problems, milk chocolate spill in den and my labrador hang outs. Carlos did something I have never seen done previously. He had plastic covers that he put at all the doors and edge of furniture if necessary to protect from the hose being pulled through the house and damaging door jams or furniture.
