"Mike called me the night before the job to confirm, and then showed up the next day right on time.  He carefully loaded his equipment into my house, laying down mats and carefully moving a few pieces of furniture to gain access. He had several pieces of high-quality HEPA filtered equipment.   He spent over 5 hours doing a METICULOUS job cleaning and sanitizing the duct work and washing the vents.  He then showed me the results both in the dirty vacuum filter and with his fiber optic camera.  OUTSTANDING!
I STRONGLY recommend Mike -- instead of the larger "Duct Cleaner" companies who hire low cost labor, traipse around your house with big vacuum hoses and quote you "teaser" rates that fool you into hiring them.

Things they did:
The dryer vent hose was not secure as the dryer vent tape had dried out. 
so they picked up a replacement dryer vent hose and clamps,
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer vent pipe.
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer filter

Things I did:
Put the washer and dryer on felt sliders to make it easier to move the water and dryer on the tile floor.
Replaced the dryer vent louvers with new ones.
The old ones get brittle after 5 or 10 years in the weather.

Things I still need to do:
put on a new set of Washer hoses."

"Fantastic service! Quick and honest service. Alejandro is highly recommended! He came in and put a dryer vent in through our second floor cinder block wall. It looks fantastic and after two years our dryer finally works right! Previously the builder put in 25? horizontal run in our attic! We complained after LG came in and completely rebuilt the dryer from burning out from extreme heat retained in dryer because of 25? run with 3 - 90 degree angles and 1 180 degree at the roof! No wonder it couldn?t evacuate the heat!"
