"RollShield was one of 5 vendors we contacted for information about window opening hurricane protection. We initially worked with Don as our salesman and point of contact. Due to demand, our appointment was set out approximately 7 days and Don showed up on time and prepared with all the information needed. Other vendors tried to give us the "if you sign today" routines however Don was patient with our many questions due to the size of the investment. Ultimately we went with the CrimSafe screens on our window openings, accordion door on our patio slider, and the fabric protection for our front door opening. Had never seen the CrimSafe screens we were somewhat reluctant to purchase without seeing them. Don offered to have us come by his home to see the ones he had installed and we were welcomed into his home to view and "play" with the screens. Sold us 100%. The production and installation were completed as promised even if their busy season. Trey was our installer and there is not a bad thing to say about his skills or customer service. I would highly recommend giving RollShield a call for your window or hurricane protection needs."

When they came out I did not realize how involved one of these projects could get and how many options to choose from, but after listing to the gentleman who came out I soon came to the realization that the area I was trying to enclose was much bigger than I needed so the designer suggested that I do part of it with a solid roof which I loved because I recently bought a jacuzzi and that would be a great area to keep and store the jacuzzi. All and all these guys were so professional and I would highly recommend this company to anyone trying to get a sunroom. They offered me financing which I temporarily used while I worked on getting my own. Full service company right here."
