Every interaction with Kennedy *after I paid my down payment* was marked by rudeness from start to finish. I just paid, was met w rudeness yet again, so said I would be reviewing them. Owner(?) said Go ahead, defamation is a real thing! That threat, while not surprising given all previous interactions, will not sway me from giving an honest review of the extreme rudeness and lack of professionalism of the entire company. First, salesman did the math wrong on the contract and then treated me like I just did not understand how roofing works, until he realized h would done the arithmetic wrong. After down payment, I did not hear anything, so I called. And called. And called. I just wanted a callback to have some sense for a timeline but weeks went by w no response. At all. When work started and I had questions (appropriate for consumer), was treated rudely for asking and for sharing concerns about rudeness. And now this. The most unprofessional company I?ve ever worked with, start to finish.

Not even 3 months after having our flat roof done by these fools, it started leaking. Weâ re going on two years now, with major damage from their shoddy work, all of which they ignore. You would think with a seven year warranty, they would come out and fix it. A solution we would have gladly welcomed. Lol. Nope. Not Kennedy roofing. Once that check clears, they are done. Now we have water damage from their terrible work leaking into the main parts of our house. They claimed to have placed a pitch system on, to avoid pooling water. That was another lie, we paid for a product and did not receive it. I think that called theft. What a miserable experience this has been, and continues to be. Looks like it is time to litigate.

Kennedy Roofing came in and did my roof super fast. They were clean, did a great job and at an really good price. I highly recommend for you to call them.

As a commercial business it is extremely important for us the have a safe, dry, cool, and comfortable environment which would include having a good roof on our commercial building. We needed our roof replaced and sent out for pricing. Kennedy Roofing came in with a good price but was more impressive was the professionalism that they did their job. The were extremely good with communicating with us and when they were done we had a roof that looks great and that doesn't leak any more. We will happily recommend Kennedy to our commercial clients.

I normally don't write reviews but I had such a good experience with Kennedy Roofing that I needed to write this one. I called Kennedy on the recommendation of my friend who has used them 2 times on 2 separate buildings and had super high praise for them. So I gave them a call and they did not disappoint. They gave me a good price. The girl I talked to the first time I think her name was Christina and she was so pleasant and patient with me and all my questions. They replaced my roof and were in and out before I knew it. Their employees were pleasant, and seemed to really know what they were doing. I am very happy. I too will now recommend Kennedy Roofing to my friends. Great job guys.

I had a leaking roof and did not know what to do. Being a recently divorced person I am trying to learn as fast as I can the things that i do not know how to do. I called Kennedy Construction and I talked with Christine and she was incredible. She was not only compassionate but she took her time explaining the process and educated me on replacing a roof. She was supportive and patient. I had Kennedy do the work and I am so happy. Christine kept answering my questions when they came up and I felt very comfortable. I belong to a support group and I plan on telling them how good Kennedy is and highly refer them. Thank you for doing such a good job!
