"Steven came over on a Saturday afternoon to provide an estimate on turf removal and landscaping of our front yard. He emailed a detailed quote the following morning which, thankfully, met our budget. California Palms Landscaping was one of six companies (I know it was a lot) that I asked to provide us with estimates for our yard. After each company arrived, I usually had a good idea whether I could work with them. And if it was a â maybeâ , I emailed a quick question to await a response. Stevenâ s quote was comparable to one other companyâ s quote; however, I appreciated that Steven was extremely easy to communicate with and he answered all my questions rather quickly via email or phone call. The other company was a little too pushy for business which made me a little uneasy. I had asked about several revisions to be made to our contract for which he was very understanding. The intention was to create a blank slate so that I could later plant a garden composed of California native plants.
