"We live in Gulf Harbors in New Port Richey, and our home was flooded badly in Hurricane Helene in Sept/2024. Our neighbor used S & W Kitchens to remodel their kitchen and RAVED about how wonderful they were to work with. We decided to give them a try, and I made an appointment in the showroom in Palm Harbor. The showroom was lovely and the cabinet selections that they had were amazing! They had beautiful countertops and other fixtures to choose from. I’ve never seen a collection of backsplashes like they had. We were immediately HOOKED. We made our selections and signed the contract! Gina was our designer, and she was wonderful! She is so creative and easy to deal with. She answered any questions that we had very quickly. Alex was the project manager who was involved in the day-to-day operations. Every Monday morning (early), we would have an email from him of the entire schedule for the week, so we knew exactly what to expect. We really liked that! The workers were top-notch! The finished project was perfection, we absolutely LOVE IT. If you’re looking for a kitchen remodel, give them a call! You’ll be glad you did!"

"Hired Mike to remodel my kitchen, hang new cabinets with lights under them, lay hardwood floors, baseboards, and other work. After over a year the job is still not done and the deficiencies have not been fixed, despite his promises. The floors were not installed or secured correctly and the edges and sides stick up higher then the other boards and they pop when you step on them. The floorboards do not reach to the center island and there is a noticeable large gap between the floor and center island . The light fixtures were not connected and he left the wires just hanging under the cabinets. The crown molding was installed off center and not evenly connected. despite numerous promises the job is still not done or corrected despite him being paid over $15,000. Worse job and contractor I have ever hired."

"We had been invaded by german roaches due to bringing home some boxes that were infested. We could not even slow them down so we asked around about an exterminator and looked some up online. We found Chet's and had them come out. They have been treating our house and yard ever since. I liked that there was no spraying or bad smelling treatment. There was the orange gel or paste that they put around our kitchen. The best part is it worked great and within a few months we were roach free. I would advise anyone that needs this service to call Chet's. They do a great job. Frank comes every other month to make sure we have no repeat of the problem.
