The men work hard and were very professional. However, after the job was completed, I discovered that the water to the dishwasher was none existent. Fenwick plumbing sent out the same workmen to fix the issue the same day! Well done. The issue, was that the workmen mentioned it was not his job to "turn the water on to the dishwater" What, you changed the old pipe to fit the new one. Apparently if a plumber does not actually turn off a connecting water system, his job is therefore is not to turn that water system back on or to inform the homeowner that he did not turn the water on to say the dishwasher. Ruined a good first time experience."

"Great experience, easy to deal with and was able to complete the job same day as estimate. Start to finish from the first phone call to job completion was only 2 days. Most other companies were at least a week for an estimate and then they would have to schedule an installer to come back on a different day, Snyder sent a tech out to do the estimate which was on par or slightly less then other companies and then he did an above average install. His install went way beyond how I was proposing to do it and definitely a lot nicer of an install."
