"I was quite surprised when the owner of the company answered the phone when I called. Ernie was very professional and sent his guy over within an hour or two. Although Ernie did not perform the actual work, his employee was very professional and knowledgeable. Ernie (the owner) even came by to check on the job! My Dad was a custom home builder and was always heavily involved in his jobs and in contact with the owners so I appreciate that type of pride of ownership. All in all a very positive experience. It probably was not the cheapest route I could have gone but I got good quality equipment installed "the right way".
