The work team of 3 was professional, hardworking, paid attention to detail and very knowlegeable. He mixed an additional batch the next day that did not match the original color, and portions remained soft for hours, suggesting an incorrect mix ratio. ? The job was left unfinished with no topcoat applied. ? Despite the workmanship problems, he requested additional payment?nearly double?to correct the issues he created.
