"When the job was finished, i did not have the opportunity to inspect the shower nor receive the brochure on the Delta Showerhead. I requested several times so as to familiar myself in using the Showerhead to the maximum potential. I also noted that I needed a technician as there were leaks at the joint to the wall and the showerhead. Instead of Mario , an associate came to the apartment to repair and fix the showerhead. I understand that this was part of the initial installation and I am not complaining. I am just stating the process. He described how the leak could be resolved, made recommendations for preventive measures. He had to go into the wall to identify the source of the leak and was very sensitive to potential damage, discussed options with me, etc. He also cleaned up the work area upon completion!
