"The plantation shutters look beautiful. However, the sales person, Sherry, was not as responsive as she might have been to my questions between the time I placed my order and the delivery. The installer also promised to bring back some small parts that were missing during the installation "within a few days". I did not receive them until I called several weeks later and they were then mailed to me to put in myself. Not a big deal, but shows less than stellar customer service."
